Weight loss circuits, boxing / kickboxing, skipping, press up's, ab's Circuits, shuttle running, leg bum & tums, swiss ball, core strength, muscle endurance, agility, weights, star jumps, flexibility, bench lateral jumps, tricep dips ,etc
