Each player will need to purchase a team tie and full playing kit to play in the big match.
All players will have their surnames printed on the back of the shirt which will cost £70.00 in total, after the game the players will keep the kit.
Payments would need to made by cheque to Trix2themaxfitness LTD. Payments can also be made when player's attend the soccer bootcamp sessions. Please note cash is not acceptable.

Tickets will be on sale for the players family and friends to watch the football match, £2.50 per Child - £5.00per adult, available from Cliff Johnson - 07976796652

Event organiser / fitness coach Cliff Johnson will notify each player which team they will play for during the soccer bootcamp sessions.
Players are required to wear a black suit with team tie for team photo's on matchday.
QPR FC - Red & Black Away strip

Total cost = £70.00
- Players will be picked up 11.15am by the team coach on Sunday, 09/05/2010 outside Kensington Green Estate, Marloes Rd, Stone Hall Gardens, London.W8 5UA
- When the players arrive at the stadium they will have a short tour and then on to the pitch to view the Stadium followed by team photo's.
- Players will also be dropped off when the event ends at Kensington Green Estate entrance.
Each player will be allowed to take their children onto the pitch while walking out through the players tunnel before kick-off.
Please ensure your child or children (boy / girl) are wearing any soccer kit of your choice. National team or local teams etc. It will be down to the players family to prepare the children and to bring them off the pitch before the kick off.
Trix2themaxfitness FC v's Kensington FC kick off-1.00pm
After the game there will be a winners and losers team presentation on the pitch. When all the players are showered and dressed they will be taken up to the VIP function room for a drink and post match meal. Relatives only can join the players. Auction and raffles will take place.
